_________________________________
Adrian Q. appeals from the juvenile court's order sustaining a petition pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 602. That order was made following appellant's admission to two counts of committing a lewd act upon a child under the age of 14 and one count of the continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14. The juvenile court declared the offenses to be felonies and ordered appellant suitably placed for a maximum term of confinement of 16 years.
We appointed counsel to represent appellant on appeal. After examination of the record, counsel filed an opening brief raising no issues and asking this court to independently review the record. On April 4, 2006, we advised appellant he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues he wished us to consider. To date, we have received no response.
We have examined the entire record and are satisfied appellant's attorney has fully complied with her responsibilities and that no arguable issue exists. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)
DISPOSITION
