James Norman appeals from a negotiated plea wherein he agreed to a prison term of two years and eight months in exchange for his no contest plea to possession of methamphetamine for sale (Health & Saf. Code, § 11378) and child endangerment (Pen. Code, § 273a, subd. (A)). He appeals, claiming the trial court erred in denying his Penal Code section 1538.5 motion to suppress evidence. We affirm the judgment.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
