K. T. appeals the judgment (order declaring K. T. a ward of the juvenile court) based on the finding he committed attempted robbery and personally inflicted great bodily injury in the commission of the offense. (Pen. Code, §§ 664/211, 12022.7, subd. (a).)[1] We reject K. T.'s contention the evidence is insufficient to support the great bodily injury enhancement and affirm the juvenile court's order.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
1. The People's evidence.
Benetiz Luna operated a corn-on-the-cob cart on Osage Avenue in Lennox for six years. Many of the residents were regular customers. On January 19, 2005, two males approached Luna and one of them asked for money. When Luna said he had none, one of the males hit Luna on the right upper side of his head causing Luna to fall backwards and lose consciousness. Luna testified both males hit him and one kicked him on the right arm and shoulder. Luna had seen K. T. and Daniel G. on numerous prior occasions. When the prosecutor stood behind K.
