Following denial of his motion to suppress evidence pursuant to Penal Code section 1538.5, appellant Johnny Wallace appeals from the order granting probation entered following his plea of guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance in violation of Health and Safety Code section 11350, subdivision (a). The court deferred entry of judgment for 18 months on terms and conditions of probation and placed appellant in a drug diversion program. We appointed counsel to represent appellant on this appeal.
