THE COURT:

It is
ordered that the concurring and dissenting opinion of Justice Armstrong filed
June 29, 2010, be modified as
follows:

The first
full paragraph, page 1, last sentence, the words "was within the juvenile
court's discretion" are deleted.
The sentence will now read as follows:

"I also believe that the trial
court abused its discretion when it ordered that Father undergo counseling for
his racist and sexist remarks, an order which was an outgrowth of the
"chaotic home environment" order."







There is no change in judgment.
