1. Introduction
Plaintiff Glicerio D. Ramirez appeals from a judgment entered after the trial court sustained without leave to amend defendants' demurrer to Ramirez's complaint for employment discrimination based on hostile work environment, for intentional infliction of emotional distress, and for punitive damages and lost wages.
