INTRODUCTION AND PERTINENT FACTS


After suffering a juvenile adjudication for sexual battery in violation of Penal Code section 243.2, subdivision (e)(1), appellant Ramon E. was placed on probation for one year. The maximum period of confinement was set at one year.[1]
