I. INTRODUCTION


Petitioner Javier B. (Father) petitions for extraordinary relief under California Rules of Court, rule 38.1, asking us to set aside the juvenile court's order setting a hearing pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.26.[1] He argues that the order setting the hearing under section 366.26 must be vacated because he was not offered reasonable reunification services. We deny the petition on the merits.


II. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
