Bobby T. McHenry appeals from a judgment upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of murder (Pen. Code, § 187). The jury also found true the allegation that defendant used a firearm causing great bodily injury and death within the meaning of Penal Code section 12022.53, subdivisions (b), (c), and (d). Defendant contends that the trial court erred in admitting evidence about gang rivalries in Richmond. We affirm.
