It is ordered that the opinion filed in this case on December 14, 2010 and certified for publication on December 22, 2010 be modified as follows:
1. On page 22, after the first sentence in the first paragraph, insert the following citation:
(See also § 13240 [requiring basin plans “shall be periodically reviewed and may by revised”].)
2. On page 27, delete the word “considered” appearing in the second sentence of the first full paragraph and insert in its place the word “consideration” so that the sentence reads as follows:
The record reflects Regional Board’s basin plan also took into consideration “potential” beneficial uses of water in setting water quality objectives.
The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
