INTRODUCTION


Defendant and appellant Bruce Lawlor was convicted of manufacturing and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and possession of a firearm by a felon. Lawlor was sentenced to a prison term of eight years, eight months.


Lawlor appealed his convictions to this court. In an unpublished opinion, we affirmed in part and reversed in part. (People v. Lawlor, B160704, filed April 30, 2004.)[1] We concluded the trial court had erred by finding Lawlor lacked â€
