IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

FOURTH APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION TWO

In re ANTHONY G., a Person Coming Under the Juvenile Court Law.

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

ANTHONY G.,

Defendant and Appellant.

E039180

(Super.Ct.No. SWJ004999)

OPINION

APPEAL from the Superior Court of Riverside County. H. Dennis Myers, Judge. Affirmed.

Dabney B. Finch, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Defendant and Appellant.

No appearance for Plaintiff and Respondent.

The minor was charged in an amended petition with attempted carjacking in violation of Penal Code section 664/215,[1] robbery in violation of section 211 and use of a firearm. The court found the allegations to be true. The minor was committed to the California Youth Authority for a period of 13 years.

The minor appealed and upon his request, this court appointed counsel to represent him. Counsel has filed a brief under authority of People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436 and Anders v. California (1967) 386 U.S. 738, setting forth a statement of the case, a summary of the facts, and requesting this court undertake a review of the entire record.

We have invited the minor to file a supplemental brief, which he has not done.

We have completed our independent review of the record and find no arguable issues.

The judgment is affirmed.
