Plaintiff Kevan H. Gilman filed a lawsuit against Attorney Joseph Babich and the law firm of Dreyer, Babich, Buccola & Callaham, LLP (the firm), alleging breach of contract and other causes of action. The trial court entered summary judgment in defendants' favor and ordered plaintiff to pay defendants' attorney fees and costs in accordance with the attorney fee clause in the contract. (Civ.
