Appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of Orange County, Gary Bischoff, Temporary Judge. (Pursuant to Cal. Const., art. VI, § 21.) Affirmed.

Jessica G. appeals the judgment terminating her parental rights to her daughters, Elizabeth and Victoria. She contends the finding that the children are adoptable is not supported by substantial evidence. We affirm.


FACTS


When Elizabeth was eleven months old, she was injured during a fight between her parents. She was detained and declared a dependent, and she was released to the custody of her mother under a Conditional Release to Intensive Supervision Program. The mother received family maintenance services for a year, during which time Victoria was born. The mother complied with her case plan, except she gave the father her confidential address; as a result, he appeared at her residence and beat her up. Subsequently, the father was incarcerated, and a restraining order against contact between the parents was put into place.


After a year of family maintenance services, the social worker recommended termination of Elizabeth's dependency. Although the social worker was concerned about the father's imminent release from prison, the mother â€
