Description	A decision wherein use of cigarettes accidentally started a fire that burned a storage room, defendant entered a negotiated plea of no contest to unlawfully causing a fire to an inhabited structure. Court ordered defendant to register as an arson offender pursuant to Penal Code section 457.1 as a condition of probation.On appeal, however, defendant challenges the registration requirement as unauthorized by statute and the Attorney General concedes the error. Court agree.
