IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
FOURTH APPELLATE DISTRICT
DIVISION TWO
THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. ROBERT JAMES BOYD, Defendant and Appellant. | E039511 (Super.Ct.No. FMB006128) OPINION |
APPEAL from the Superior Court of San Bernardino County. Marsha G. Slough, Judge. Affirmed.
Howard C. Cohen, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Defendant and Appellant.
No appearance for Plaintiff and Respondent.
On October 21, 2005, defendant Robert James Boyd pled guilty to counts 3 through 9 of the third amended information and admitted the multiple victim enhancement as to count 3 and the great bodily injury enhancements as to 5 through 9.
In accordance with the negotiated plea bargain, defendant was sentenced to a total of 22 years and 4 months in state prison and awarded a total of 1,063 days of custody credits. The remaining counts and allegations were dismissed and stricken pursuant to the plea bargain and Penal Code section 1385.
Defendant appealed and, upon his request, this court appointed counsel to represent him. Counsel has filed a brief under the authority of People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436 and Anders v. California (1967) 386 U.S. 738 [87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493], setting forth a statement of the case and a summary of the facts. The brief requests that this court undertake a review of the entire record on appeal.
We offered defendant an opportunity to file a personal supplemental brief, which he has not done.
We have now concluded our independent review of the record and find not arguable issues.
The judgment is affirmed.
