Pablo Alejandro May appeals from the judgment (order granting probation) following a jury trial resulting in his conviction of assault with a deadly weapon. (Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (a)(1).) He was granted probation on condition inter alia that he serve 365 days in the county jail. We appointed counsel to represent him on this appeal.
