Otis Copeland appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial in which he was convicted of premeditated murder (Pen. Code, §§ 187/189), with further findings that he personally and intentionally discharged a handgun during the commission of the offense (id., § 12022.53, subd. (d)) and committed the offense for the benefit of a street gang (id., § 186.22, subd. (b)(1)). (Further section references are to the Penal Code.) Defendant contends that the evidence was insufficient to support both the conviction and the gang finding and that his constitutional rights were violated by the failure to timely provide a â€
