1. Introduction
Defendant and appellant Brenda F. (mother) is the natural mother of Hailey C. and Trevor C., dependent children of the juvenile court. Mother appeals after the juvenile court terminated her parental rights. She argues that the court erred in terminating her parental rights, either because the children had such a beneficial relationship with her that it would be detrimental to them to sever the parental bond, or because the children had such a relationship with their younger sibling that severing the sibling relationship would be detrimental to them. Finally, mother urges that the record does not show compliance with the notice requirements of the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA).
