Defendant David Lawrence Beale pled no contest to receiving stolen property (count 1), possessing methamphetamine (count 2), and unlawfully disposing of human remains (count 3). In accordance with the plea agreement, the trial court deferred entry of judgment on count 2, which would be dismissed upon defendant's satisfactory completion of a drug treatment program.[1] When defendant failed to appear at a required presentence interview by the probation department and then did not attend Yolo County's â€





Description A macabre decision following the conviction for receiving stolen property, possessing methamphetamine, and unlawfully disposing of human remains. The defendant worked at the coroner's office and took human remains home from work to show friends and family.
