v.

DAVID DESOTO,

Defendant and Appellant.

2d Crim. No. B191500

(Super. Ct. No. NA069146)

(Los Angeles County)

David DeSoto appeals from the entered after he plead guilty to failing to register as a sex offender (Pen. Code, § 290, subd. (a)(1)(A))[1] and admitted suffering a felony conviction within the meaning of the Three Strikes law. (§§ 667, subds. (b) --(i); 1170.12, subds. (a) -- (d).) Appellant was sentenced to four years state prison and ordered to pay a $800 restitution fine (§ 1202.4, subd. (b)), a $800 parole revocation fine (§ 1202.45), and a $20 security fee (§ 1465.8, subd. (a)(1)).

We appointed counsel to represent on this appeal. After examination of the record, counsel filed an opening brief in which no issues were raised.

On August 30, 2006, we advised appellant that had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues which wished us to consider. No response has been received to date.

We have examined the entire record and are satisfied that appellant's attorney has fully complied with his responsibilities and that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.
