_______________________________
Richard B. appeals from an order of the juvenile court sustaining a petition filed pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 602 alleging the offenses of possession of a firearm by a minor and resisting a police officer,[1] declaring him to be a ward of the juvenile court, and ordering him into the short-term camp community placement program. We appointed counsel to represent him on appeal.
After examination of the record counsel filed an “Opening Brief” in which no issues were raised. On August 31, 2006 we advised Richard B. he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues he wished us to consider. No response has been received to date.
We have examined the entire record and are satisfied Richard B.’s attorney has fully complied with the responsibilities of counsel and no arguable issues exist.[2] The judgment is affirmed.
