Defendant and appellant Marcel Limbasan appeals the granting of a restraining order granted against him and in favor of plaintiff and respondent Kenneth Bonner.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Plaintiff was the minister of a congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Defendant was apparently a member of the congregation. Plaintiff testified that defendant was stalking a woman who was a member of plaintiff's Kingdom Hall congregation, and that she obtained a restraining order against defendant in June of 2004.
