Defendant and appellant Marcel Limbasan appeals the granting of a restraining order granted against him and in favor of plaintiff and respondent Kenneth Bonner.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Plaintiff was the minister of a congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Defendant was apparently a member of the congregation. Plaintiff testified that defendant was stalking a woman who was a member of plaintiff's Kingdom Hall congregation, and that she obtained a restraining order against defendant in June of 2004. After that time, defendant made threats of physical harm to plaintiff, and defendant stated to other ministers in the congregation that he wanted to â€
