We appointed counsel to represent Antonio Fausto on appeal. Counsel filed a brief which set forth the facts of the case. Counsel did not argue against Fausto, but advised this Court no issues were found to argue on Fausto's behalf. Counsel has requested we examine the record in a search for any arguable issues.
Fausto filed a notice of appeal with this court after the judgment was ordered, suspending imposition of sentence and granting probation after a plea of guilty to falsely impersonating another.
