         O P I N I O N


                        Appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of Orange County, Clarence Haynes, Temporary Judge.  (Pursuant to Cal. Const., art. VI, §  21.)  Affirmed.


                        Patrick E. DuNah, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Defendant and Appellant.


                        No appearance for Plaintiff and Respondent.

                        We appointed counsel to represent Antonio Fausto on appeal.  Counsel filed a brief which set forth the facts of the case.  Counsel did not argue against Fausto, but advised this Court no issues were found to argue on Fausto's behalf.  Counsel has requested we examine the record in a search for any arguable issues


                        Fausto filed a notice of appeal with this court after the judgment was ordered, suspending imposition of sentence and granting probation after a plea of guilty to falsely impersonating another.  (See Pen. Code, §  529, subd. (3).)  The charges arose from the following summary of facts, as stated in writing by Fausto in his change of plea form:  â€
