AngelaO., mother of Patrick V., born in February 2005 (the child), appeals from ajudgment terminating her parental rightsand the parental rights of Jack H. and Patrick W., two men identified as thechild's alleged fathers.  Mother's sole claim is that the juvenile court and Orange County Social ServicesAgency (SSA) failed to adequately inquire as to whether Patrick W. hadIndian heritage.  Since this claim lacks merit, we affirm the judgment.

FACTS

Sincemother does not challenge the juvenile court's jurisdictional finding, dispositional ruling, or findings supporting its decision to select adoption asthe permanent plan and terminate parental rights, a detailed summary of theevidence supporting these rulings is unnecessary.  SSA detained the child andpetitioned to have him declared a dependent of the juvenile court after EdgarV., mother's then live-in boyfriend, brought the child to a hospital where hewas diagnosed with spiral fractures to his right leg and arm.  SSA learnedmother was incarcerated at the time.  Edgar V. denied being the child's fatherand mother verified this fact.

The formpetition filed by SSA did not contain any marks in the boxes next to thestatements, â€
