            Petitioner, a minor and Mexican national, seeksextraordinary writ review (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.450-8.452 [formerly rule38-38.1]) through her guardian ad litem, of respondent court's orders denyingher reunification servicesand setting a Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.26[1] hearingas to her infant daughter A.  We will deny the petition.

STATEMENT OF THECASE AND FACTS

            In April 2006, then sixteen-year-old petitionergave birth to A. in Garden Grove, California.  At the time of A.'s birth,petitioner was living with her boyfriend Anthony, A.'s father, in San Jose andwas attending school.  12 days after A.'s birth, petitioner and A. returned toTijuana, Mexico to the home of petitioner's mother, Josefina, where theyremained until August 19 when they returned to Modesto accompanied by Anthonyand Anthony's 17-year-old sister Diana to visit Raul, Anthony and Diana'sfather.

            On August 30, petitioner took thenfour-month-old A. to an emergency room in Madera where A. was admitted forrectal bleeding as well as perianal tearing and perianal bruising suggestive ofsexual abuse.  Sexual abuse was confirmed by a child abuse specialist, whodocumented perianal lacerations at â€





Description Petitioner, a minor and Mexican national, seeks extraordinary writ review (Cal.
