IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF THE STATE OF
FOURTH APPELLATE DISTRICT
DIVISION THREE
THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. TRAVION CHAMBERLAIN, Defendant and Appellant. | G036744 (Super. Ct. No. 05CF0978) O P I N I O N |
Appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of Orange County, William L. Evans, Judge. Affirmed.
James R. Bostwick, Jr., under appointment of the Court of Appeal, for Defendant and Appellant.
Bill Lockyer, Attorney General, Mary Jo Graves, Chief Assistant Attorney General, Gary W. Schons, Assistant Attorney General, Rhonda Cartwright-Ladendorf, Kristen K. Chenelia and Keith Lollis, Deputy Attorneys General, for Plaintiff and Respondent.
Travion Chamberlain challenges his pimping conviction on the bases there is insufficient evidence to support it and the court erred in admitting evidence connecting him to uncharged prostitution activity. Finding his arguments unpersuasive, we affirm.
