SECOND APPELLATE DISTRICT

DIVISION SIX

THE PEOPLE,

Plaintiff and Respondent,

v.

JOSHUA BEERS,

Defendant and Appellant.

2d Crim. No. B183826

(Super. Ct. No. LA048002)

(Los Angeles County)

Joshua Beers appeals a judgment entered following conviction by jury of attempted grand theft, with an admission and finding of a prior felony conviction and the service of a prior prison term. (Pen. Code, §§ 664, 487, subd. (c), 667, subds. (b)-(i), 1170.12, subds. (a)-(d), & 667.5, subd. (b).) The trial court sentenced Beers to four years imprisonment.

We appointed counsel to represent Beers in this appeal. After counsel's examination of the record, she filed an opening brief raising no issues.

On January 20, 2006, we advised Beers that he had 30 days within which to personally submit any contentions or issues that he wished to raise on appeal. We have not received a response from him.

We have reviewed the entire record and are satisfied that Beers's attorney has fully complied with her responsibilities and that no arguable issue exists. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED.

GILBERT, P.J.
