THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on January 24, 2007, be modified as follows:
1. On page 3, replace the first sentence of the second full paragraph beginning A disability specialist . . . with the following sentence:
A psychiatrist recommended by BARTs insurance carrier concluded that Ross was partially disabled as the result of job stress arising out of the termination incident.
There is no change in the judgment.
Appellants petition for rehearing is denied.
