THE COURT:
It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on February 27, 2007, be modified as follows:
The final sentence of the first full paragraph on page 2 which reads: "We deny the request and dismiss the appeal," is deleted and replaced with: "We have reviewed the Wende/Anders brief submitted by Christopher's appointed counsel and have given Christopher the opportunity to file a supplemental brief. He has not done so. We dismiss the appeal."
The petition for rehearing is denied. There is no change in the judgment.
