A jury convicted William Jones, Danuyel Bryant, and Marcus Ramsey of carjacking during which a principal (Ramsey) was armed with and used a firearm (count 1). The jury also convicted Jones and Ramsey of evading police with willful disregard for life and property (count 2). Finally, the jury convicted Bryant of kidnapping to commit robbery (count 3), carjacking (count 4), and second-degree robbery (count 5), during all of which Bryant used a firearm. (Pen. Code, §§ 215, subd. (a); 209, subd. (b)(1); 211, 212.5; 12022, subd. (a)(1); 12022.53, subd. (b); Veh. Code, § 2800.2, subd. (a); all further undesignated section references are to the Penal Code.) In a bifurcated trial after a jury waiver, the court found that Bryant had been convicted of (1) residential burglary in 2000, constituting a â€
