A jury found defendant Karim Zen guilty of two counts of second degree murder and one count of attempted murder, and found that he personally discharged a firearm causing death or great bodily injury. On appeal, defendant contends that he was prejudiced by prosecutorial misconduct during closing argument. Court disagree and affirm the judgment.
