P. v. Reyes
Codefendants Antoinette Marie Reyes (Reyes) and Dorian McCants (McCants) were convicted by a jury of possession of methamphetamine (Health & Saf. Code, 11377, subd. (a)). Reyes was also convicted of possession of marijuana for sale (Health & Saf. Code, 11359). Reyes appeals, claiming there was insufficient evidence at trial to sustain the conviction for possession of methamphetamine. Court disagree and affirm the judgment.
