A jury convicted defendant and appellant Anthony Monqualli Edwards (defendant) of second degree robbery (Pen. Code, 211[1]), forgery ( 470, subd. (d)), and second degree commercial burglary ( 459). The trial court sentenced defendant to state prison for 66 years to life and, as relevant here, imposed a $20 court security fee pursuant to section 1465.8, subdivision (a)(1). Court remand to the trial court to impose or strike the two remaining section 667.5, subdivision (b) sentence enhancements.
