P. v. Hopper
William Robert Hopper (appellant) appeals from a judgment entered after he pled no contest to felony battery (Pen. Code, 243, subd. (d)[1]), battery of a peace officer ( 243, subd. (b)), and willful resistance, delay or obstruction of a peace officer ( 148, subd. (a)(1)). He contends the trial court abused its discretion in denying his motion to withdraw his plea. Court reject his contention and affirm the judgment.
