EDUARDO GIL v. BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION
The appellants appealed a judgment entered after the trial court granted the demurrer of respondent Bank of America, to their second amended complaint. The Appellant Court concluded the trial court did not err in sustaining Bank's demurrer to the cause of action for negligence. Nor did the trial court err in sustaining the demurrer to the cause of action for conversion, since appellants received the full amount of their interest in the instrument.
