P. v. Ramirez
A jury convicted appellant Francisco Ramirez of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and two counts of oral copulation with a minor. (Pen. Code,[1] 261.5, subd. (d), 288a, subd. (b)(2).) He was sentenced to two years in state prison. Ramirez appeals, contending that his due process right to a fair trial was violated by the trial courts instructional errors and by improper prosecutorial argument. Court affirm the judgment.
