Cortez v. Wilshire Aesthetics Med. Associates
Roberta Cortez appeals from a judgment after a jury verdict in favor of her former employer, Wilshire Aesthetics Medical Associates, Inc. (Wilshire), in her action for disability discrimination under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (Gov. Code, 12940 et seq.) (FEHA). Appellant asserts the court erred in granting a nonsuit on her claims of failure to accommodate and engage in the interactive process, and in denying her motion for leave to amend her complaint to allege age discrimination. Appellant further contends the court erred in excluding evidence attacking the credibility of a witness. Court affirm.
