Illulian v. Sprint PCS Assets
Plaintiffs and appellants Khosro D. Illulian and Jila Illulian (collectively the Illulians) appeal from a trial court judgment in favor of defendant and respondent Sprint PCS Assets, LLC (Sprint). The Illulians assign the following errors: (1) The trial court abused its discretion in failing to reopen discovery and extend the time for them to designate expert witnesses; (2) Sprint breached a duty to the Illulians by providing only posted notice of its proposed installation of a cell cabinet; and (3) Sprint violated the due process clause of the United States Constitution by failing to provide the Illulians with mailed notice of the cell cabinet installation. Court affirm.
