Knight v. Zimmer Holdings
This case involves two consolidated appeals. In the first appeal, appellant Valerie Knight (Knight) challenges the summary judgment entered in favor of respondent Dr. Lawrence Dorr. In the second appeal, Knight challenges the judgment on the pleadings obtained by respondents Zimmer Holdings, Inc. and Zimmer, Inc. (collectively Zimmer). Upon review, Court find no error and affirm.
