P. v. Green
Maurice C. Green entered a guilty plea to conspiracy to commit robbery. (Pen. Code, 182, subd. (a)(1), 211.) He also admitted he had suffered a previous serious/violent felony conviction (Pen. Code, 667, subds. (b)-(i), 667, subd. (a)(1).) After dismissing the remaining charges in the information, the trial court sentenced Green to a stipulated term of 15 years in prison the upper term of five years (doubled) on the substantive crime plus a five year enhancement for the prior serious felony conviction.
