In re M.D.
In this combined appeal, B.D. (mother) appeals from the juvenile courts orders denying her second petition under Welfare and Institutions Code[1]section 388 and terminating her parental rights to her youngest son, M.D. (age 2). Mother contends that the juvenile court denied her due process by not appointing an attorney to represent her at the hearing on her section 388 petition and by preventing her from presenting certain evidence at the hearing. Court disagree and affirm the orders.
