Kim v. Woo
Appellant Thomas Kim appeals from a judgment of dismissal following the sustaining of a demurrer without leave to amend his second amended complaint (SAC) against respondents Jay Woo (Woo), Paul Yun (Yun) and Horus, Inc. (Horus) for fraud, intentional interference with contractual relations and conspiracy. We affirm. We find no merit to appellants arguments that respondents were barred from filing the demurrer to the SAC and that the form of the courts judgment requires reversal. Court also conclude that the trial court correctly determined that the SAC fails to state a cause of action.
