Truing v. Nguyen
Appellant Tam Duc Truong appeals following a bench trial which resulted in a judgment in favor of respondent Suong Mai Nguyen on his complaint, and which awarded respondent $2,500 on her cross-complaint. Appellant contends the trial court abused its discretion in denying his motion for leave to file an amended complaint alleging an additional cause of action for fraud against respondent, presented on the day of trial. Court affirm.
