P.v . Powell
Edwardo Powell appeals from the judgment entered following his plea of nolo contendere to four counts of second degree robbery (Pen. Code, 211), during three of which he personally used a firearm ( 12022.53, subd. (b)). The trial court sentenced Powell to 14 years in state prison. Court affirm the judgment.
