P. v. Robinson

Corvette Robinson appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial which resulted in his conviction of the transportation of cocaine base (Health & Saf. Code, 11352, subd. (a)) and possession of cocaine base (Health & Saf. Code, 11350, subd. (a)) and his admissions that he previously had been convicted of four drug-related offenses (Health & Saf. Code, 11370.2, subd. (a)) and had served five prison terms within the meaning of Penal Code section 667.5, subdivision (b). The trial court sentenced Robinson to 17 years in prison. Court affirm the judgment.
