Kondolay v. Smith
Plaintiff Manohar Kondolay, in propria persona, purports to appeal from two orders: the first denied his request for a default judgment and dismissed his case for lack of jurisdiction, and the second denied his subsequent motion under Code of Civil Procedure section 473, subdivision (b), which in part sought relief from the first order. Court find the appeal untimely as to the first order, and therefore limit Kondolays appeal to a challenge of the second one. Kondolay, however, fails to make any appellate arguments with respect to the second order. Accordingly, we will affirm it.
