P. v. Goods
A jury convicted Gregory Goods of one count of kidnapping to commit rape, two counts of rape, one count of felony false imprisonment and two counts of forcible oral copulation. On appeal, Goods contends the court erred by belting him to a chair during trial, admitting evidence of uncharged rapes and a kidnapping, admitting hearsay evidence of a witness's prior inconsistent statements and miscalculating his presentence credits. Court will add an additional day of custody credit to Goods's sentence of 63 years 8 months to life and affirm the judgment as modified.
