P. v. Sainez-Muniz
A decision as to the conviction of committing lewd acts upon a child under the age of 14. Court concluded that the substantial evidence supports the judgment. The court did not err by admitting evidence of prior sexual misconduct and admission of that evidence did not violate due process or deny equal protection of the laws.
