In re Joel B.
Appeal from an order of the juvenile court adjudging appellant to be a ward of the court and placing appellant on probation with various terms and conditions, including that, no contact of any type with the victim and the victim's family. Appellant contends that the evidence was insufficient to support the juvenile court's finding that appellant aided and abetted an assault. Court agree with the latter contention. Therefore modify the probation condition and affirm the dispositional order as so modified.
